Cancellation policy If you cannot attend the Symposium, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, by arrangement with the registrar, or request a refund. If you are unable to attend, and not in a position to transfer your place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply: • Registrations cancelled before April 18, 2018, will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. • Registrations cancelled after April 18 but before May 18, 2018, will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. • Registrations cancelled after May 18, 2018, will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notification must be sent to the conference email mats@matslewan.se for refunds to be eligible. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event on a short-term notice, due to circumstances such as force majeure or non-sufficient number of participants. In this case, all paid fees will be fully refunded.
